This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data when you access our private portfolio, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

Because this platform is utilized for the exclusive distribution of pre-release cinematographic materials, commercial drafts, and proprietary digital assets, our data collection practices are strictly focused on access control and security auditing.

2. Data Collection and Processing

We operate on a principle of data minimization. We do not collect behavioral data, marketing profiles, or browsing histories. The only data processed through this infrastructure includes:

• Authentication Credentials: Client IDs and securely encrypted cryptographic keys necessary to grant access to isolated project directories.
• Technical Telemetry: IP addresses, User-Agent strings, and timestamp data. This information is automatically collected by our web servers (Nginx) exclusively for the purpose of identifying unauthorized access attempts, mitigating DDoS attacks, and ensuring the integrity of our NDA-protected content.

3. Use of Cookies and Session Management

Our infrastructure employs "Strictly Necessary Cookies" required for the core functionality of the private access portal. When a client successfully authenticates, a temporary cryptographic session token is issued (e.g., client_auth). This cookie is:

• Configured with a strictly limited lifespan (maximum 150 seconds) to prevent session hijacking.
• Flagged with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict attributes.
• Never used for cross-site tracking or advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention Policy

We do not store your data longer than legally and technically necessary. Technical telemetry and server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security auditing purposes, after which they are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers. Authentication sessions are automatically destroyed upon expiration.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Voronov Films maintains a strict zero-disclosure policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade any technical or personal data to third parties. Data may only be disclosed if explicitly required by a valid court order or binding legal request from authorities having jurisdiction over our server locations.
