1. Acceptance and Legally Binding Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client" or "User") and Voronov Films regarding your access to and use of our private infrastructure. By attempting to authenticate, bypassing the splash screen, or accessing any hidden directories on this server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Confidentiality

All materials hosted behind the authentication gateway—including but not limited to unreleased commercial drafts, storyboards, color grading references, and raw cinematography files—are highly confidential trade secrets. As an authorized user:

• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any part of the materials in any form or by any means.
• You are strictly prohibited from sharing direct media links, JSON configuration structures, or your access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Any unauthorized leak of materials traced back to your generated access token will result in immediate termination of access and potential civil liability.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

This server is monitored for security anomalies. To maintain the integrity of our digital delivery system, you explicitly agree NOT to:

• Employ automated scraping tools, vulnerability scanners, or unauthorized bots against any endpoints of this domain.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the session validation mechanisms, URL generation algorithms, or Nginx routing configurations.
• Perform any actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our server infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on the public-facing pages and within the private portal remains the exclusive intellectual property of Voronov Films. Access is granted on a revocable, non-exclusive, and strictly temporary basis for review and approval purposes only. No transfer of copyright is implied or granted.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The private portal and all pre-release materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Voronov Films makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted access to the server. We reserve the right to revoke access, change URLs, or permanently take the server offline at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Under no circumstances shall Voronov Films be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this digital infrastructure.
